One tile per team, worst first. Colour shows the most-loaded member’s share — over 35% is a warning, over 50% critical. Every tile also shows the number, so colour is never the only signal.
Team A is the team from the student view — change an assignment there and this tile moves. The other five are illustrative.
A CSV per unit. The adjustment factor is a student’s share divided by their fair share — 1.0 is an even load, 2.0 is double, 0.5 is half. You decide what, if anything, to do with it.

Measured from what the team did during the semester, not from what teammates report about each other afterwards. It complements a peer-evaluation instrument rather than replacing one.
